The Holystar Shanghai Headquarters Campus occupies a compact 1.78-hectare site and integrates research, high-precision manufacturing, and employee living into a single, walkable setting. Three buildings, including an R&D center, a manufacturing facility, and an on-site dormitory—are arranged around an open garden that buffers workspaces and living areas while creating a community green for informal meetings and daily respite. The campus concept promotes industry–city integration and low-carbon operations, aligning with the sustainability goals of a modern technology enterprise.

Distinctive Green Features

* On-site renewable energy and storage: Building rooftops are extensively equipped with high-efficiency photovoltaic arrays paired with energy-storage systems, supplying clean electricity for campus operations and solar-assisted domestic hot water.

* High-performance lighting & loads: LED fixtures and high-efficiency equipment reduce baseline energy demand and support grid-friendly operation with storage.

* Electromobility readiness: Ample electric-vehicle parking supports low-carbon commuting and last-mile logistics.
